OPAL DEMETZ places the protection of personal data at the heart of its missions and the services it offers its customers.

This Policy sets out the principles and guidelines for the protection of Personal Data entrusted to it by its customers:

The company OPAL DEMETZ undertakes to take into account the protection of Personal Data and privacy of its customers from the design of new products or services offered to them. To this end, measures to ensure the protection of Personal Data entrusted to the company OPAL DEMETZ are implemented, in particular to ensure their security and guarantee the respect and proper exercise of its customers' rights.

In the event of optional data being entrusted to it, OPAL DEMETZ will clearly inform its customers as to which Personal Data is necessary for the provision of the subscribed service and which is provided voluntarily. Personal Data are entrusted to OPAL DEMETZ by its customers and are only used for the purposes for which they have been informed.

Personal data may be used to offer other services to OPAL DEMETZ customers.

The Personal Data entrusted to OPAL DEMETZ by its customers may be transmitted to OPAL DEMETZ's internal departments, i.e. the departments responsible for carrying out the services subscribed to, in particular Customer Service, Sales Force, etc.

The length of time Personal Data is kept depends on the service subscribed to.

The company OPAL DEMETZ undertakes not to keep the Personal Data entrusted to it beyond the period necessary for the provision of the service, increased by the retention period imposed by the rules applicable to legal prescription.

The company OPAL DEMETZ undertakes to take all measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Personal Data entrusted to it and in particular to prevent it from being damaged, deleted or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

Furthermore, in the event of a security incident affecting the Personal Data of its customers (destruction, loss, alteration or disclosure), OPAL DEMETZ undertakes to comply with the obligation to notify violations of Personal Data, in particular to the CNIL.

Customers of OPAL DEMETZ may at any time exercise the rights provided for by current regulations applicable to personal data, provided they meet the conditions, by contacting us by e-mail at rgpd@demetz.fr.

  • Right of access: customers may have access to their Personal Data processed by OPAL DEMETZ.
  • Right of rectification: customers may update their Personal Data or have their Personal Data processed by OPAL DEMETZ rectified.
  • Right to object, in particular to receiving commercial communications: customers may express their wish to no longer receive commercial communications from OPAL DEMETZ or request that their Personal Data no longer be processed.
  • Right to deletion: customers may request the deletion of their Personal Data.
  • Right to limitation: customers may request the suspension of the processing of their Personal Data.
